Comprehensive renovation of a single-family home.

Project design and execution control for a comprehensive renovation covering the entire home. The work includes coordinating all phases of the construction process, supervising the proper execution of the work, and managing the various trades involved. Structural reinforcement project, complete replacement of bathrooms and all materials, flooring, carpentry, and furniture. The interior design project was also carried out, combining functionality and aesthetics to ensure a final result tailored to the owners’ lifestyle and needs.
